Company: Technological conferences postponed over coronavirus

MOSCOW, Mar 5 (PRIME) -- Technological conferences are delayed because of the coronavirus outbreak, firm Jet Infosystems HR Director Olga Kovardakova told PRIME on Thursday.

The company does not limit trips of its staff. “There is no need in doing so since all conferences planned abroad were cancelled by the organizers. There is also uncertainly on the part of our partners planning to hold forthcoming events in Russia. Some have decided to move activities to the autumn,” Kovardakova said.

Cisco moved its conference Сisco Connect 2020, scheduled for April, to September–November. Facebook cancelled its biggest conference for developers F8 due in May. Conference F5 Solution Days, which was to take place in Russia in March, was also cancelled, she said.
